Attachments

OneMap allows you to attach files to individual features in your data layers. Attachments can include documents, images, videos, audio files, and more.

Opening Attachments

You can open the attachments dialog from several places:

• Click the Attachments button () on a row in the Data Table
• Click the Attachments button in the Feature Popup
• Right-click a row in the Data Table and select Attachments

Attachment Gallery

The dialog displays attachments as a card grid. Each card shows:

• A thumbnail (for images) or a file-type icon
• The file name
• File metadata

Filtering

Use the filter tabs at the top to narrow attachments by type:

• All — show all attachments
• Images — photos and graphics
• Documents — PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets
• Video — video files
• Audio — audio files

Uploading

1. Click the Upload button
2. Select one or more files from your device
3. Files are uploaded and attached to the selected feature

On mobile devices, you can also use the camera to capture a photo directly and attach it.

Preview

Click on an attachment card to open a full-screen preview:

• Images — displayed in a gallery viewer with zoom
• PDFs — rendered in an embedded viewer
• Video — plays in a video player
• Audio — plays in an audio player

Use swipe gestures or navigation arrows to move between attachments in the preview.

Download

• Click the download button on an individual card to save it to your device
• Select multiple attachments using checkboxes and use batch download to download them all

Delete

• Click the delete button on an individual card to remove it (with confirmation)
• Select multiple attachments using checkboxes and use batch delete to remove them all at once

WARNING

Deleting an attachment is permanent and cannot be undone.

Batch Operations

Use the checkboxes on each card to select multiple attachments, then use the batch action buttons to download or delete the selected files in one operation.
