Registration

If your organisation allows self-registration, you can create an account directly from the login page.

Some organisations disable public registration. If you don't see a Sign Up link, contact your administrator to have an account created for you.

How to Register

1. On the login page, click Sign Up
2. Fill in all required fields (marked with an asterisk):

Password	Yes	Minimum 12 characters and conform to requirements listed below
Confirm Password	Yes	Must match the password above
Industry	Yes	Select from the dropdown list
Company	Yes	Your organisation name
Phone	Yes	Contact number
Website	No	Optional
Country	Yes	Select from the dropdown
State / Province	Yes	Options load based on the selected country
Comments	No	Optional notes for the administrator

3. Click Sign Up

Password Requirements

Your password must contain at least:

• 12 characters minimum length
• At least one letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character (e.g. !@#$%^&*)

Verify your Registration

Once you have submitted your registration at this point, an email will be sent to the email address you entered in your sign in username and the message

"Registration submitted Please check your email to verify your account before signing in" will be displayed.

Find this email and click the "Verify Email" link.

After Registration

Your registration request will be submitted for review. On successful verification, you will see a message " Your account is now active. You can sign in."

Proceed to the app by clicking on the Go to Login button.

TIP

Contact your administrator if you haven't received access after registering.
