Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a reset link via email.

How to Reset Your Password

Step 1 — Request a Reset Link

1. On the login page, click Forgot Password?
2. Enter the email address associated with your account
3. Click Send Reset Link
4. A confirmation message will appear: "Check Your Email"

Step 2 — Open the Reset Link

1. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email
2. Click the password reset link in the email

WARNING

The reset link expires after a limited time. If it has expired, repeat Step 1 to request a new link.

Step 3 — Set a New Password

1. Enter your new password (minimum 12 characters)
2. Enter the password again to confirm
3. Click Reset Password
4. On success, click Go to Login to sign in with your new password

Password Requirements

Your new password must contain at least:

• 12 characters minimum length
• At least one letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
