Standard Login
- Navigate to the application URL provided by your administrator
- Enter your Email and Password
- Click Sign In
On successful login you will be redirected to your landing page, the dashboard, or directly to your application — depending on your configuration.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organisation has enabled SSO, you will see additional sign-in options below the login form:
- Sign in with Google — uses your Google account
- Sign in with Microsoft — uses your Microsoft / Azure AD account
Click the relevant button and follow the prompts from the identity provider. On first SSO login you may need to grant the application permission to access your profile.
Multiple Accounts
If your email is associated with more than one account, you will be presented with an account selection screen after entering your credentials:
- Select the account you want to sign in to from the dropdown
- Click Sign In
Your primary account is indicated with a star icon. If you have configured a custom display name for an account, it will be shown alongside the account name.
First-Time Password Change
If your administrator created your account with a temporary password, you will be prompted to change it on first login. Enter a new password that meets the password requirements and confirm it.
Disclaimer Acknowledgement
Some organisations display a disclaimer or terms of use after login. If presented:
- Read the disclaimer content
- Optionally check Don't show this again to dismiss it for future logins
- Click Acknowledge to proceed
Landing Page
You can configure a specific page to open automatically after login instead of the dashboard. This is set by clicking the star icon on any tile in the dashboard.
If no landing page is set and your dashboard contains only a single application tile, you will be taken directly to that application.
Session Expiry
Your session has a maximum duration configured by your administrator. When your session is about to expire:
- A warning notification appears with a countdown timer
- Click Continue to extend your session
- If you don't respond, you will be automatically signed out and returned to the login page
TIP
Any unsaved work should be saved regularly. Session expiry will not save in-progress edits.
