Profile Settings
Your profile holds your personal information and preferences, such as your name, language, and time zone.
Accessing Your Profile
- From the Dashboard — click the Profile button in the greeting section.
- From anywhere in the application — click your avatar or name in the top bar. This may show as a circle with your initials or your profile photo. A small Profile Options panel opens:
The Profile Options panel shows:

| Selected Account | If your email is linked to more than one account, switch accounts here without signing out. The star marks your primary account. |
| Profile | Opens the Profile page |
| Sign Out | Ends your session and returns you to the login page |
| Sound () | Toggle application notification sounds on or off — the setting is remembered on your profile |
| Version | The application version is shown at the very bottom of the panel |
The Profile Page
The Profile page opens on the Details tab, showing your email, first and last name, language, time zone, industry, company, phone, website, country, and province/state.
Depending on your deployment, additional tabs may be available — for example Widgets and Widget Stats (for widget integrations), or Subscription (to view or change your plan).
Editing Your Profile
- Click Edit Profile at the bottom of the Details tab
- Change any of your details — name, language, time zone, contact information
- Click Save (or Cancel to discard the changes)
Changing Your Password
While editing your profile, two extra fields appear: Password and Confirm Password. To change your password, enter the new password in both fields and click Save. Leave them empty to keep your current password.
Your new password must meet the password requirements.

If your administrator requires a password reset on first login, a password-change dialog appears automatically before you can continue using the application.
Password recommendations:
- Use a strong password with a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols
- Avoid easily guessed information
- Never share your password with other users
Changing Your Language
Set the Language field in your profile and save. The application interface — navigation labels, menus, dialogs — and the documentation switch to the selected language. Some deployments also offer a quick language selector directly in the top bar.
Some content may remain in English if a translation is not yet available.
Light and Dark Theme
Use the theme toggle ( / ) in the top navigation bar to switch between the Light and Dark theme. The interface updates immediately, and your choice is remembered.
Switching Accounts
If your email is linked to more than one account, you don't need to sign out to switch: open the Profile Options panel (click your avatar) and pick a different account under Selected Account. The application reloads with the selected account's workspaces, layers, and permissions. See also Multiple Accounts.
Signing Out
You can sign out from two places:
- Dashboard — click the Sign Out button () in the greeting section
- Anywhere — click your avatar in the top bar, then select Sign Out
Signing out clears your session and returns you to the login page.
